Lager
We have now produced a "real" lager . It is produced using Lager and Pale malts , a Lager yeast and a variety of Hops from the States , which give it a subtle taste of citrus/grapefruit .

The name given to it "CASPA" is derived from the request by the group of people who were visiting the brewery at the time of its first brewing . The name is the name of their association . We'll let you find out who they are !
