I have recently shut down the operation over the COVID period . Indeed , I had taken a few years off when my wife retired and we did some travelling together . Now however , I will shortly be restarting and I hope to have more product diversification along with canning production . Watch this space !!

This operation is run presently by one to two people but I am also hoping to employ or partner some additional help - specifically in the selling/marketing and distribution activities . Anyone interested , please contact me . Also , if there is a budding brewer who would like to learn this trade , then he/she can contact me in order to to see whether they would be suitable to take over the production operation . The people I am looking for would need to be entrepreneurial and initially provide their labour free of charge ( Yes , think about this !! ). Initially , it would be part time , but they would have an equal share of the profit generated by the new team and they would also have some input into how the operation would be run and how it might develop .
